Re: USA v. Salameh
Docket No. 98-1041

Dear Mr. Lange:
I am writing in furtherance of Mr. Kleinman's motion of relief dated April 15, 1998 to advise the Court of of one of the motions about my desire to relieve Mr. Kleinman, which was not mentioned in his motion. I have a desire to cooperate with the prosecution and I do not trust Mr. Klienman's advices in this manner when I do not feel I can confide in him due to the sensitivity of some of the information which would be discussed in case of my cooperation with the government.

I believe, due to some of the special circumstances surrounding my case that it would be impossible for me to cooperate with the government if I am represented by Mr. Kleinman.

In despite of Mr. Kleinman's claim in his sworn affidavit that has errors "[He]has made clear on several occassions his desire not to be appointed to represent the Appellant." Ms Ennis has made it clear to me on several occasions - including in writing - her desire to represent me. However, if Ms. Ennis was found to have [unreadable] now, then I request to be represented by Mr. Quijano [unreadable] not familiar with the case than Mr. Klienman in despite of [unreadable] Mr. Quijano has attended the court hearing on several occassions during my trial in addition to [unreadable] the parties of and was following my case [unreadable] and I can certainly confide in him.

The reasons mentioned here are in furtherance with the reasons mentioned in Mr. Kleinman's motion.

Very truly yours
Ramzi A. Yousef
